Over the course of the past year or so, we’ve seen plenty of OG’s make their way back into the R&B scene to somewhat mild fan fare. The quartet of Brian Casey and Brandon Casey, Richard Wingo and Kyle Norman are in the conversation of those who have come out of hiatus and earlier this year, Jagged Edge quietly released a new single titled “Closest Thing To Perfect.” To go along with the single, the veteran group has released a video for fans to get familiar with their sound in 2019. While they have a bit of the Trap&B sound present on this one, the track is made for the bedroom like their old material. In the clip, they’re in the middle of nowhere in an abandoned building with some fine ladies in painted faces. J.E. back.
