After speaking with Ellen earlier in the show, Jamie Foxx also hit the stage and performed live on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Backed by a band and background singers, Foxx treated the studio audience to a performance of his upcoming albums latest single “Baby’s In Love,” where the two-time Grammy Award winning singer had the crowd up on their feet and rocking along with the song.
Another excerpt from his interview, Jamie spoke about how he got his start in music and shared a story about meeting Kanye West for the first time which led them to be the recording of “Slow Jams.” He goes on to explain how the making of “Gold Digger” came about.
