While it was last year that brought some spotlight on Decatur, Georgia rapper Jarren Benton with his appearance on XXL’s famed 2014 Freshman Class issue as the People’s Champ, it wasn’t until last week (January 27) that saw an official release from the Funk Volume emcee — that featured the likes of Sy Ari Da Kid, Dizzy Wright, Hopsin, and a few others. The next single from the project is the R. City assisted cut “Diamonds & Fur,” and for it’s official video, features Benton in a snowy tropical setting, sporting a fur coat, while visual effects fill out the clip for a entertaining experience.
