We’ve lost count of the amount of times we’ve said this, but it looks like that long-awaited Jay Electronica album might finally be dropping. Like, for real.
The rapper took to Twitter last night to announce that his debut album is finished, and will be titled A Written Testimony. It was recorded after Christmas, and is set to be released in 40 days (which would be March 18th).
For those doubting him, JAY-Z, who hasn’t been active on Twitter since 2018, liked all of his tweets. Just Blaze also chipped in saying “Are you watching closely?,” along with Young Guru adding, “Facts!!!!!! This is not a drill” to the tweet about the album being done.
