Stream ‘Everything is Love’
Last Saturday, Beyonce and JAY-Z shocked the world, releasing their collaborative album, Everything is Love. Considering the project released a full 24 hours after #NewMusicFriday, and was exclusively to TIDAL for nearly two days; the power couple managed to debut at no. 2 on the Billboard 200. The album generated 123,000 total units, with 70,000 of traditional album sales.
Unlike Bey’s Lemonade of 2016 and Hov’s 4:44 album from last year, the effort didn’t have a traditional roll-out – which we’re assuming they didn’t care about chart positioning for the trilogy.
