Yesterday, Jennifer Hudson celebrated the release of her third studio album JHUD – going back to her American Idol roots on it. The upbeat Chicago songstress was on a NYC promo run for the project and made a stop by NBC’s Late Night with Seth Meyers for an interview and performance of her popular single “Dangerous.”
In the interview, she revealed the new project was more dance-focused in comparison to previous efforts, and revealed she was trying to groove in the process of recording. Seth also jokingly opened up about finding his groove and demonstrated how he would re-enact some of her later dance moves on the stage for the live crowd.
The conversation would also touch on celebrating a recent birthday, where her 5-year old son wanted to attend an adult party; but ended up having a second party just for him. Be sure to support JHUD in stores and iTunes now.
