With cancer affecting so many people’s lives, Lupe Fiasco has joined the cause to stand up to the disease. Jennifer Hudson and Common have as well, revamping his single “Mission” and adding their own verses and thoughts to the track.
On September 5th at 8pm, primetime TV will air a special in support of cancer research with some of the top entertainers and celebrities from film and television performing live from the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. Among the networks that will telecast the event through a one hour of commercial free slot are ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC.
