As well all heard in the media, Joe Budden is leaving Spotify and will not be continuing on the platform from here on out. In response, he is starting his own network on YouTube and today, he has released a new commercial to poke fun at the deal that could have been.
In the clip, Budden is on the phone with a real estate agent trying to buy a mansion, while Rory was out buying things, Mal was on the corner hustling and Parks was getting groceries. Once Ian called them all to tell them the deal fell through, they all had to backtrack and get their money together because they weren’t going to be part of the $250M that Joe asked.
It’s pure comedy.
