The Biebs makes history this holiday season!
For the next few days until Adele’s 25 takes over the charts, singer-rapper Justin Bieber can enjoy holding the crown for the biggest first week sales for 2015. With the release of his senior album Purpose, the Biebs comeback has been a success with over 649,000 album sold in its first seven days, but that wasn’t the only accolade he enjoyed this holiday season.
According to Billboard, Justin now has 17 songs on the Hot 100 from the previously mentioned album, breaking the record for an artist with the most titles on the chart for a single week. The record was previously held by Drake earlier this year, who powered 14 in total – thanks to the releases of If You’re Reading This It’s Too Late and What a Time to Be Alive.
While he doesn’t hold the crown for the overall no. 1 song in the states, Largely due to Adele’s “Hello” single, take a look at the list of Biebervelli’s entire charted album on Billboard.
