Is it safe to say the Obama’s have heard The 20/20 Experience? Celebrating Memphis soul music, the First Family invited Timberlake, along with Mavis Staples, Ben Harper and Charlie Musselwhite, to celebrate some of the finest music to hit the airwaves. While first attending the Memphis Soul Workshop, the four artists along with Sam Moore and Alabama Shakes are set to perform at the White House later this evening as the 10th installment of the “In Performance at the White House” series, with musical icon Booker T. Jones as the musical director. You can watch the performance LIVE or you can catch PBS air the event on April 16th.
