In case you forgot, last month K. Roosevelt released his long-awaited debut album Neon Haze. A project that showed, even after a rather long hiatus, the L.A. singer-songwriter hadn’t lost his touch. Serving up some quality singles in promotion of the effort. One of which is the song “Motion.” Roosevelt revisits the song today to premiere the official music video.
The Jakob Owens directed video brings the same sort of scenery seen in the previous video for “Familiar Energy” – with a little more glare. The video features Roosevelt looking out the window of his pad as he croons about a relationship that is no more. It’s blended with shots of his former lover as they both do their best to adjust to their current situations.
