Our society is currently in a tumultuous position. From political problems to race ones, no matter where you look, there is oppression no matter where you look. KAMAU has been a voice for some of these issues, especially those of police brutality on “Pohlease.” In his video off A Gorgeous Fortune, two regular guys can be seen walking down the street, then stopped and frisked. But it doesn’t stop there, the police take them to an abandoned spot, where things turn tragic.
