Yesterday, Kanye West went to Sunday Service with his family, as immediate friends and peers celebrated John Legend’s birthday with Chrissy Teigen. During the event, Yeezy took time to not hold a rant, as he spoke on programming and the R. Kelly controversy. Regarding The R, West said, “We can still enjoy the art. If we going to tear down one artist, let’s tear down da Vinci and all the art.” He didn’t go in-depth on the situation, but you can take a look at his words below.

UPDATE: Kim Kardashian once again comes to her husband’s defense following backlash and says he’s not speaking on R. Kelly or defending him.
I’m going to nip this in the bud right now. Kanye was speaking about his own experience of everyone quick to say they are cancelling him because of differences in opinion & not being perfect. The analogies were in context to his own experiences, not defending anyone else.
