A day before good kid m.A.A.d city was released, Kendrick Lamar took over Downtown Los Angeles as part of the Crash Concert series to perform on top of a double decker bus outside of the Staples Center. As soon as LAPD got word of what was going on, they shut down the concert, but the fans enjoyed an epic show for the short time Kendrick performed. Plenty of TDE fans gathered to support Compton’s new king of the city.
