Long-time fans of Odd Future are probably saddened that Left Brain has never released his own solo project, as he’s only teamed with Hodgy Beats and Domo Genesis for their collaborative MellowHype and MellowHigh projects. That’s all about to change this summer when the Los Angeles producer, rapper and songwriter releases his debut mixtape, Mind Gone.
Already a single deep into the forthcoming project, Left Brain is back today with the second official single “P.O.S.” featuring Go Dreamer and Fred GT. Unlike the previous single, the new cut arrives in visual form.
Serving as another bass-knocker, the black and white music video, directed by Ben Tan and Noah Kentis, finds the trio out and about in sunny Cali, posted up at their personal skateboard bowl. Partaking in some daily skateboard sessions and occasional smoke breaks with some of their homies.
