Lil Kim & Lil Cease Reunite after 15 Years for Biggie’s Birthday

#ThinkBIG

Back in 2005, Lil Kim served an honorable one-year sentence for refusing to testify against her friends. Unfortunately, miscommunication regarding Kim’s trial and her sentencing led to a fallout with her brother Lil Cease. Over the last 15 years, Kim and Cease’s communication had been stagnant, even with Puffy’s Bad Boy Tour. Well, yesterday, the first ever Biggie Dinner was held, where Cease publicly apologized to Kim for what happened in the past.

Take a look at highlights from the event below.

Finally. The Big man is now smiling down upon those that he’s gathered together, nurtured & developed into the Artists that they eventually became, while under his regime. All of those that were around & in between the goings on throughout the years, have all had separate conversations about the longstanding feud. Big died & the unity that brought them together as kids, was snatched from up under them like a rug. From the outside looking in, it did not feel good to see that take place. Turns out that Kim was the only one out of the once unified collective, to actually continue on the path that Big set forth. No one around the family & outside looking in would’ve ever predicted that there would come a day when Big wouldn’t be here but, it happened and here we are. Now that the hatchet that stood between Cease & Kim is buried, maybe we can get a Junior Mafia album🤞🏽. Or at the very least, a Barclays live performance of the Mafia songs that we all loved, with the very people that made them songs great. Brooklyn would love that!!!! What better day for those two to make amends than Biggies Birthday? #BehindTheSmoke
