Meek Mill Scores Legal Victory Against Philly Judge

#FreeMeekMill

Last month, Meek Mill was denied bail from Philadelphia’s Judge Genece Brinkley, citing the musician was an alleged danger to the community. Well, with his legal team working on a plan to present his wrongfully incarceration to a higher court system this year, Meek scores a major victory.

TMZ reports that a major judge has ordered the release of documents that could prove his probation trial was biased. According to his lawyer, Joe Tacopina, the hearing in chambers was on recorded on film; where it will reveal that Judge Brinkley allegedly asked Meek to change managers.

Also, the rumors of her asking him to do a modern day “On Bended Knee” remake, at request by Genece, are also part of the alleged transcript. His lawyers believe that his refusal and official video of the incident could lead to his immediate release from prison – if the trial is tainted.

Look for more details to emerge in the coming weeks for this saga.
