You can’t turn on a popular hip-hop song without hearing the Metro Boomin tag anymore. It’s his time and he’s taking full advantage of it. Things first started with Future, but now the producer is working with some of the hottest artists and the game and during his visit to Benji B in the UK, he revealed two of the most recent names he’s been locked in with.
In his interview on BBC Radio 1, he gave a little tidbit that he sent Kendrick Lamar some beats (for the new album?) and he’s also been working with Big Sean.
This comes after working with Kanye West on The Life of Pablo and being a staple in the most recent Future efforts. He’s also been heard on tracks with Tinashe, Nyck Caution and more.
You can hear the full interview where Young Metro speaks on Future’s work ethic and studio life with the rapper, how he got involved with the new Yeezy album and more over at BBC online.
