Moses Sumney: Tiny Desk Concert

If NPR Music’s ‘Tiny Desk’ was suited for anyone, it would be Moses Sumney. The singer, who just released his stunning debut album Aromanticism earlier this year, has been performing in churches all across the world, so he’s no stranger to intimate settings.

For the short concert, the Los Angeles artist performed three songs from his recent project: “”Doomed,” “Quarrel,” and a special solo performance of “Plastic.” For the others, he’s joined by Sam Gendel on sax and guitar, Mike Haldeman on guitar and Brandee Younger on harp.

At the heart of it all, as always, is Sumney’s voice.
