Under the name Nyck @ Knight, Pro Era members Nyck Caution and Kirk Knight are dropping a debut self-titled next week. Before the whole thing releases, the Brooklyn duo are back with a new song titled “Dial Up.” The track aptly samples a phone ringing as the pair take things back to an older age of technology.
Nyck says that “I want people to feel like they’re about to lose their minds when the song comes on,” while Kirk says “I was sort of going for a child’s lullaby, which was actually my idea for a lot of the songs on Nyck @ Knight.”
Nyck @ Knight arrives Friday, July 21st.
