If you didn’t sleep on Omar Apollo‘s “Stayback” single, you know how funky it already was. Now, the record gets way more funk thanks to legendary bassist Bootsy Collins, who adds dripping psychedelic p-funk grooves like the throwback days. This remix is slowed down and certainly has that Prince and Parliament–Funkadelic influence.
