To kick off December and close out the year, P Reign dropped his new mixtape, Off The Books and it came equipped with features from T.I., Young Thug, PARTYNEXTDOOR and Travi$ Scott. After letting the project breathe for a little over a month, the Toronto rapper is back today to release a new set of visuals.
