For the first time ever, Pharrell Williams performed his feature on Daft Punk’s “Get Lucky” at the HTC One launch event, live in NYC. The song, taken from Daft Punk’s upcoming album “Random Access Memories,” was released a few days ago on iTunes and has already became an in-house favorite. It’s that feel-good funk.
Skateboard P, who was billed for the Brooklyn’s House of Vans show last night, was so excited about the track’s release, that he performed it three consecutive times and the crowd on hand showed no signs of fatigue after he ran it back.
In the clip above, enjoy Pharrell closing out his 16-song set, live in NYC, giving a bonus 3-set performance of “Get Lucky.” Stay tuned for electro-duo Daft Punk’s fourth studio album, Random Access Memories, due out in stores on May 17th.
