There, he sat down weeks after the death of his father, Alpo Martinez, speaking out for the first time ever about the situation. While no other family members have discussed the situation on a public platform, Alpo told family members that he already accepted death and expected it whenever it would arrive.
During the months leading up to Halloween night two months ago, Alpo was seen all throughout Harlem, living every night like it was his last. Some went on record to confirm that Alpo was back in the streets distributing street pharmaceutical products, as well as participating in extracurricular activities.
