Almost two months ago, Prince released a posthumous album curated by JAY Z titled Originals. The effort is a collection of original songs the Purple One gave to others that turned out to be hits. “Holly Rock” was originally recorded on April of 1985 and featured on the movie Krush Groove for Sheila E. The single was co-written by her and remains a rare fan favorite. With no video ever shot for it, the estate had to put together an animated rendition, which you can watch above.
