Quentin Miller is proving to be something more than just an alleged ghostwriter of Drake. Over the months he’s dropped a steady amount of new music following the release of his Hey, Thanks A Lot 3 mixtape. Some of which were better than others, but all worth some listens and showing off his skills and progression that might go unnoticed. Today, QM is back with his new track “unHOLY” and it’s produced by Bobby Johnson. On the track you hear the Atlanta rapper going off non-stop over the banging production. There’s also a questionable line in there that you could consider a shot at Drake.
“You can throw those shots at me, let’s start a war / When it comes to jabbing I’m as good as Floyd / I was never gang gang, I was 13-17 the whole time”
Seeming like a direct reply to Drake’s line from “Summer Sixteen” that goes: “You was never gang, gang, gang, gang, you was never one of us / Had us fooled for a minute there, now we done all grown up”
Who knows if the lines have connections or if they are even meant as a diss towards one another, but it was worth pointing out. Let us know what you think in the comments.
