Juelz Santana gracing the Platinum Vol. 3 edition of the Diplomats mixtape series alone, spoke a lot for the direction and path the Dipset Taliban / Purple City Byrd Gang were going forward with. It was really more than music when Vol. 3 touched down, starting off with Cam, Juelz and Jim airing out some personal matters with foes across the East River over in Queens Bridge. They even threw in a subliminal record at you know who, with “The Bigger Picture.” Juelz had been known from being the protégé to Killa, but had a host of songs showcasing his ability to standout on his own without the set leading up to his debut album later that year with From Me To You.
When you listen above, we’ve included the real “Hey Ma Pt. 3 (Remix)”, which became one of the most wanted teaser tracks in the history of the ‘Set. We honestly preferred that version over the original and 2nd remix.
