We love these Rhythm Roulette episodes because we get to see some of our favorite producers get to the lab and start cooking that shit on the beats. We’ve never seen anyone do what Honorable C.N.O.T.E. did, though.
Of course, he started out picking the vinyl, listening to it and analyzing whether or not he was going to use it. After picking the one he wanted to use, he went into his arsenal of hardware and started crafting that banger. Except he went one step further. He sampled his own beat afterward!
After cooking up a draft of some knock, he went back in and sampled himself to give it a different sound. And it still came out hard. Just look at how his neck was snapping while he was making the beat. He was nodding like a motherfucker.
