Rhythm Roulette: Tom Misch

When we think of Tom Misch, we feel like singer applies to him the most. The London native is much more than that, though. You will see it with your own eyes in this episode of Rhythm Roulette. After grabbing a few vinyl records out in Williamsburg, Brooklyn he got to work and made sure he tried to come up with something for everything he picked out. The Lisa Lisa album sounded the most promising, but when he flipped the Spanish track, we already knew a complete song could be crafted to that sample. You can even hear him sing a little of the melody of the skeleton of a potential track. It’s crazy how he can turn almost everything into a soulful groove.

That guitar riff was dope too.

If you’re sleeping on his Geography album, make sure you go throw that in rotation after watching this and get more familiar with his work.
