Here’s the full story of the alleged June incident
Last summer, Rick Ross was arrested for kidnapping, aggravated assault and battery charges. Now according to TMZ, an Atlanta grand jury has handed up the charges – including possession of a firearm while committing a crime. According to his attorney, Steve Sadow, he says Ross was acting in self-defense against the groundskeeper, due to him committing a felony of private property.
Allegedy, the Miami rapper went to the guest house of his estate, where he found Jonathan Zamudio, the groundskeeper, who was partying with cocaine and drug paraphernalia. Sadow now plans to make the case that his client was “acting in self-defense and in defense of his property when he encountered trespassers,” saying that he believes the case will be ended soon. Following a $2-million-dollar , we’re sure Rozay will be looking to get fees if he’s cleared of these charges.
