Rick Ross arrested on kidnapping charges
For the second time this month, William Leaonard Roberts, better known to the world as Rick Ross, unfortunately finds himself behind bars once again. Just two weeks ago, the MMG rapper was arrested in Fayette, Georgia on a traffic violation and misdemeanor possession of marijuana but was soon released.
However, the Miami mogul was coincidentally at the same location again earlier this morning and was taken into custody once again; this time for kidnapping, aggravated assault, and aggravated battery.
According to The U.S.Marshals Southeast Regional Fugitive Task Force, Ross allegedly pistol-whipped a man doing work on his homes, following an unspecified incident that happened two weeks ago. The worker was soon not allowed to leave the house, which is where the kidnapping allegations come into play – following the assault. Ross, along with one of his body guards are currently being held in a Fayette County jail, while awaiting to be arraigned later today.
