We’ve been listening to Benny the Butcher heavy thanks to his Tana Talk 3 album, so when it comes to anything he’s related to right now, we’re paying attention. RickHyde is his artist under the BSF (Black Soprano Family) Records imprint and someone who has produced for him in the past and he’s putting us on to his new shit through the “Intro” to his Plates album. With no drums and nothing but a soul sample and his raps, he lets off those bars from the heart with plenty of experiences behind him.
We’ll keep an eye out for some more from Rick in the coming weeks.
