With his new album On Earth, And In Heaven coming on February 12, Robin Thicke has been going hard with the releases. His latest is “Beautiful,” which sounds like a bedroom banger for the late night and can be dedicated to a special someone. The track is smooth, especially because it has that throwback Doo-Wop sound.
Thicke explained his forthcoming album in this way:
“When I looked over my album notes, the phrase that kept coming to mind was ‘On Earth, and in Heaven’ and I realized that’s what I’m singing about: the people who aren’t here and the people who are here that I love and made me who I am. This music is the sunshine coming out after the rain.”
