Last year, Runway Richy released his China Cafeteria and he’s currently gearing up for the release of China Cafeteria 2.5: House Special. The lead single “Made It Happen” featuring Houston rap veteran Trae Tha Truth Richy and Trae recently linked up in Atlanta to shoot the music video, directed by PhillyFlyBoy. In the clip, the two head to Chandler Road and chop it up at the actual China Cafeteria and get some grub.
Here’s what Richy had to say about the collaboration and the video..
“Trae Tha Truth has been a real one from the first day we met years ago. He did a feature on my first project so initially when Kendrick44 (the producer) and I started on this record “Made It Happen,” I automatically thought of Trae. I sent him the joint and he sent me back a video of him vibing to his verse. About three days later I ran into him at V Live in Atlanta. He texted Phillyflyboy and we shot the video the next morning. People were tripping that I had Trae Tha Truth at the China Cafeteria on Candler Road, we made it happen!”
