We were looking forward to hearing more from Sevyn Streeter‘s Streeter Switch series, but the R&B singer-songwriter just up and stopped dropping them off. Whatever the reason for that was, it’s fine because she’s back today and revisiting her Shoulda Been There Pt. 1 EP to treat one of the singles with an acoustic rendition. That song is “Love In Competition,” and Sevyn is accompanied by guitarist Chris Morgan, as she sings about her lover who she assumes is cheating on her. She goes on to compare herself with the assumed new woman, saying that she can’t do things better than she can for him.
