Young Money singer/songwriter Shanell is still promoting her 88 Keyz mixtape four months after its release. After releasing videos for the singles “I Can Be Your Stripper” featuring T-Pain and “Fraud,” SnL is back today with the third official video from her recent project. This time it’s for the song “Open Heart Surgery,” produced by Zaytoven – like all the songs featured on the project. Directed by Chase “DJ Southanbred” Walker, the music video features Shanell kicking it with some of her home girls on the porch.
