Living a boss’ life isn’t as easy as some may think. But Houston rapper, Slim Thug makes it look all too easy. Thugga’s new album, Hogg Life, Vol. 2: Still Surviving is back with plenty of trunk-rattling track full of that H-Town sound and on quite a few tracks, he samples some pretty classic records and adds that Down South swing. On the latest single off the project, “On Top” samples Dr. Dre’s “Xxplosive” and the Boss Hogg combines his souf-ness aura to the west coast track to make for a dope record — minus the auto-tune. In case y’all thought Thugga fell off, the H-Town rep lets it be known that he’s still on top.
