Slow of Slowbucks stopped by Power 105 for an extensive interview with the Breakfast Club. The Queens rapper had been linked in the past to 50 Cent but the two rappers/entrepreneurs had a rift over recent months. Without knowing there was any real life animosity, Slow was on a stage during the 50 Cent and Fabolous performance and would be immediately jumped and robbed on stage of jewelry.
The S.B.O.E. member quickly revealed he moved on from the situation that same night, going out to a club with a few friends.
The following day, however, his inner circle of the Slowbucks brand would persuade him into holding a press conference (with trademark & copyright attorney) for a civil lawsuit and investigation. Even willing to sell his company if they could provide paperwork for any G-Unit arrest, he went on to clear any confusion whether it was a criminal lawsuit. In the midst of being rushed with questions from the three radio personalities about the situation, we do have to commend Slow for keeping his composure and cool, in comparison to some entertainers who would’ve flipped.
Moral of the story, if you want your name to be cleared to the public, stop by the Breakfast Club first before holding a press conferences or social ranting.
