Stalley has had a low profile year in 2015, but it seems that he’s looking to shake things up for 2016. An hour after he tweeted that he would be announcing tour information and releasing new music in January 2016, he penned an open letter via medium.com, confirming both notions.

In the open letter he details his first tour, which was four shows long in London and explained at the time he was actually in New York and was homeless.

“It was one of those retail jobs that had so many employees, that showing the slightest disinterest in your work schedule would get your hours cut, he detailed. I was homeless in New York City at the the time, but it was worth the risk.”

He also went on to say how that first tour “felt like home” and that although he got fired from his job, the experience also helped him give him an unconditional love and curiosity for how he looked at his talent. In short, it can be assumed that those four shows inspired him to work as hard as he does now as a rapper.

At the end, he included the first leg of tour dates, as well as confirmed music will be coming before the first show in Kansas, which is January 26th. Stay tuned for whatever he decides to drop, as it will likely arrive in the coming weeks.
