The Internet’s Steve Lacy is sharing his new song “Playground,” taken from his debut solo album Apollo XXI.
The track is the only one on the album with a writing credit, courtesy of Jesse Boykins III. “I think this was in my Prince phase where I was like all Prince, but I also have my Dirty Projectors phase in there,” he told Zane Lowe on Beats 1.
Apollo XXI drops this Friday, May 24th.
