A lot like H.E.R. and Leikeli47, there’s little known about thatshymn‘s true identity. What we do know is that the singer is from South Norwalk, Connecticut, he’s 23 years old and he’s making moves with the new wave of R&B music.
thatshymn only has a few tracks to his name on SoundCloud: “iKnow” and “Therapy,” which are both in the 100k+ play bracket, and his latest song “Nothing Like Me,” released this week. The smooth track is produced by the multi-talented Chris McClenney, who dropped his Portrait in Two project of his own earlier this year.
