Last night saw The National take to the Saturday Night Live stage for the very first time, as Lena Dunham had the chance to host off the success of her HBO show Girls. The band chose to perform two powerful tracks from their sixth studio album Trouble Will Find Me, which included the songs “Graceless” and “I Need My Girl.” Their LP, which was released back in May of last year, can be purchased on iTunes.
