Just one month following the premiere of his new single “Belong To The World” in Toronto just last month, The Weeknd releases the full song with proper visuals his fans were more than happy to wait for. If you’ve been on Twitter, you may have seen his new avatar, which shows a group of military soldiers he’s standing with, and that was a preview for the music video we have here.
In the nearly 8-minute dark visuals, The Weeknd is in Japan falling in love for a young lady but certain circumstances cause the two to never achieve fate, with the Abel joining in the crowd of soldiers to watch her artwork performance.
Stay tuned for his debut major label full-length studio album (not compilation) “Kiss Land” coming later this summer (August 27th, according to Best Buy) and the “Fall Tour” to follow. It kicks off on September 6th with dates until October 20th.
