TIp x gucci x jeezy
Over the last 10 years, the beef between Gucci Mane and Jeezy has been on pause. This is due to both men having families, and becoming entrepreneurs – which is the ultimate goal. However, TIP mentioned the issues this week, on his podcast, in a conversation with his friend and fellow native of the westside.
He went to break down how neither party sees eye-to-eye with Gucci, but said they would never slight him for having impact in making trap music mainstream. While he asked if the two would ever sit-down to end their beef, Jeezy kept it peaceful and said the two have moved on. For whatever reason, the general public, still wants to see the two make-up.
In our opinion, this would have to be through a neutral party that both men respect. Unfortunately, Big Meech of the Black Mafia Family is still on lockdown until the end of this decade, which would be the obvious way to broker a conversation.
11 years ago, DJ Drama surprised Jeezy on live radio, with Gucci calling in to make peace. While Gucci was down for a reunion, at least on the business side, Jeezy seemed down as well. We’re assuming outside influencers terminated the possibility of the two meeting up to end things.
However, with social media and everybody being so accessible these days, DJ Drama would have to be the one person that could have all three parties sit down in a private setting. This beef is a little personal, considering Gucci killed a person affiliated with Jeezy in self-defense.
