Top Dawg Entertainment quietly taking over 2022, as the historic label is planning to release multiple projects this year from artists. Without realizing it, Top Dawg and Punch have been extremely busy over the last few months.
Now that everything is open and tours are back up and running, TDE is capitalizing off their momentum with recent major announcements to get fans in-tune with their favorite artists once again.
Earlier this week, both Top and Punch joked that they were going to go grab the hard drive of SZA, as fans have been dying for new music from the Queen of the label.
This was in immediate follow-up to last week’s announcement of Kendrick Lamar’s last album with TDE, Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers.
However, the likes of REASON, Jay Rock and tonight with SiR have been teasing snippets on the gram this month.
With Ab-Soul, ScHoolboy Q and Doechii kicking things off this month, look for essentially every artist to have something rolled out before 2023.
