Mission 28. . .
After receiving a GRAMMY snub last year, Travis Scott has been crafting new content with Mike Dean and Kanye West, for his long-awaited Astroworld album. The Houston musician recently teased a cryptic studio message “Mission 28,” which led many to speculate that it was the title of his new album. Well, this week, La’Flame sat down with Billboard to explain his new music module plans.
He went to say, “That’s my mission, man. I worked so hard on Rodeo and Birds. It might not have been recognized by the masses, but my fans always went hard. This year I’m on a mission to be heard. I’m calling this Mission 28, because I’m going crazy all the way till Nov. 28.
What happens then? That’s just a date. I’m trying to get shit turnt.” So, with no release date in sight for his next solo studio effort, look for the G.O.O.D. Music member to have a major impact throughout 2018 in music release releases. By the way, Mission 28 is just an abstract mantra.
