Troy Ave has a new mixtape on the way, and with his singles “She Belongs To The Game” and “Good Girl Gone Bad” serving as the perfect appetizers of the forthcoming effort, it’s only right that Dope Boy Troy continue to do his thing.
It all started with a subliminal shot from Joey Bada$$ in his song “Ready” that ultimately prompted Ave to respond in the only fashion he knows how, and that’s an all out no holds bar type of way, and that’s just what he did with his response track “Bad A$$.” Where Troy Ave takes aim at the fellow Brooklyn rapper and his deceased friend Capital STEEZ, a line that many didn’t take too lightly.
For the music video, the Brooklyn emcee opens with a quick suicide prevention PSA, before getting back into his diss record, that finds him atop a rooftop in NYC, as he throws his full on shots at the Pro Era rep and his crew.
