It’s been a hard week for Troy Ave. He’s been at the epicenter of an NYPD investigation surrounding a shooting that took place in Irving Plaza last week. He was charged with attempted murder and is still being held in custody pending court dates. His lawyers claims that he is the victim in all of this and the police is still investigating what happened that night where one person was killed and several were injured.
While Troy remains behind bars, he’s feeding the streets with new music, releasing a new record titled “Chuck Norris (Hoes & Gangstas).” On the track, he talks about who he rocks with, why he doesn’t relate to low lives and how he won’t let anyone play him.
