Above, the Chicago artist goes into detail on Mr. Carter runs his business and motivating his team of family at Roc Nation every day to make sure the company is running smoothly every day. Before things concluded, he went to discuss his working relationship with Roc Nation and how he loves his current situation on a personal level.
