We thought Waka Flocka retired from rap, but apparently not. Today, he gives fans a “Birthday Freestyle” fresh off his “December 6 Freestyle” a week and a half ago. Whether this means Flockaveli 2 is dropping or not is yet to be seen, but at the least we get to hear him on wax once more.
